yea the ending left me speechless but I can appreciate that choice. We got a really powerful scene out of it. But I don't like how she did all that to bring him back to her only to take her life so she can become an unresolved case for him. I guess she was really broken too..
its cuz of how he reacted in the snow scene
This was a rollercoaster, my second favourite movie of 2022. Park Chan Wook is a maniac
Y’all notice anything?
Loved it
Waiting for this to hit one of the streaming services I actually have
It probably won’t. Mubi had a hand in distribution and now it’s on their service as an exclusive
You can get a trial on their service and just cancel but I doubt it’ll just casually appear elsewhere soon
Edit: if you have Prime or Apple TV+ you can just do a 7 day trial for their Mubi channel and watch it there

You can do a 7 day trial regardless. Just go on Mubi and sign up. Or y’all can refer him and get him 30 days free.

I swear nobody portrays love the way Park chan wook does. I swear he has a way of making it so twisted and punishing but ultimately believable. And even though the love he shows in his films often comes at a huge price to the characters, it doesn't at all feel cynical to me. Makes me think of tatsuki fujimoto's Mangas in a weird way
