It's the way her character is written & directed and the fact that Leo's character is also a stand in for PTA doesn't help either. idk what to tell you man, you just need to start talking to more Black women lol I watched it alone and still felt icky during the first 30 mins. idk how many times you're going to call Black women idiots for feeling a certain way about a film that's also trying to cater to them.

The film portrays bob as a failure and a joke, how is it a self-insert for pta? Because he’s watching battle of Algiers in one scene?
The black girls line is an obvious parody of the stereotypical awkward white guy, hes constantly awkwardly shouting phrases and stuff like f*** the police and viva la revolution and s***. I doubt PTA views himself like that…
