I love PTA but this wasn’t good. From a technical standpoint it is like the cinematography, costume design, editing, etc. But I can’t get invested in a movie about a 25 year old falling in love with a 15 year old and chalking it up like it’s ok. At least in Red rocket we knew Simon was a full out creep and Karma got him.

Like I said before seeing this film this movie should of been about Bradley’s character. He was the best part of the film. Also Gary was really good too acting wise, hoping he gets a lot more roles.

The movie is presenting the love story of a 25 year old and 15 year old and their obstacles but they finally end up being together.

I said this same statement to everyone before seeing the film, if you yourself wouldn’t do those same actions with a 15 year old chick then stop defending it.

Now that I’ve seen the film I can say with 100% certainty I would never do anything Alana did. It was sick and wrong flat out period.

Anyone can like this movie, that’s fine, I liked red rocket. And the technicalities of this film is flawless as expected with PTA. But we needa stop acting like this movie isn’t saying EXACTLY what it’s saying.

And the fact PTA saying s*** like “There isn’t a single provocative bone in this films body” makes me question his morals as a person.

Hate to be that guy but I think the conversation surrounding this film would be a lot different in here had it been a lesser known director and not as well put together.
