i always buy new games but ik id be pissed during the ps3 gen if i bought a used game and i had to pay for the online pass

Remember when they had games come with an online pass too

So not only did you pay for online you had to pay for an online pass especially if you bought a game used

what irritates me the most is how sony got away with implementing the essential/extra/premuim bullshit

at least paying for ps plus used to get everyone the same games but now you gotta pay extra for the games that are actually interesting

I technically got paid to play my switch 2 online

It actively stops me from buying multiplayer games on console.

Hard to justify $10 a month to play something like helldivers when the game is only $40.
