I got it from Best Buy and they only do pickups for GPU's. So I bought it first, picked it up, then sent it to him.

And he might lose out cause I got declared value on it but apparently you can't have a UPS Store employee sign the declared value sheet it has to be a driver because UPS Store's are franchises. So they'll probably say my insurance claim is invalid. So all I can do is submit a lost claim and hope they find it.

I specifically didn't use Fedex and USPS to avoid this and it still happened too.
