So I was able to get Doom for 5 bucks so i figured why not lets finally properly play this game. Its old af anyways and optimized to hell.

Quite possibly one of the greatest gaming experiences Ive had.

Played with a controller and gyro and it was smooth as f***. 4k 120fps. Game is animated so well.

I'll play Eternal eventually but I was able to snag Demons Souls Remake for cheap so I snagged that.

The crazy thing is Eternal clears 2016

Thats good to hear. From what ive read the game is divisive but ill still play it. Also the new Doom game looks amazing as hell so i got the itch to play them.

Anybody else use geforce now? Its surprisingly good for single player games even on wifi. I don't really feel the latency at all, even when I was playing Apex it was smooth. Im on the ultimate tier

I think what kills it is having to buy your own games. A majority of people using the service either don’t have a powerful enough pc or no pc at all. Paying $60-70 for a game you know you won’t be able to play without paying a $20 a month subscription is a super hard sell.

That said it’s a really great service that blows stuff like Xbox cloud streaming out of the water. Personally I wouldn’t use it for multiplayer games, but for anything single player or slower paced it feels almost native.

Yea the only game I've bought was cyberpunk when it was on sale for it. I use it w/ game pass cause it performs way better than xcloud and I don't have a console or gaming level pc currently
