Yes. But you have to be dedicated. It's totally worth once you get the combat down and learn you should run past alot of enemies and not try to kill everyone

Bro I can't fathom how some of you can get high and play a game like BloodBorne I got low tolerance to weed but still, a couple puffs and I forget what the roll button is

It’s a masterpiece in subtle/minimalist storytelling. Definitely takes multiple play throughs and really going out of your way to catch the whole story.

It’s not like TLOU, or uncharted, or God of war where it’s almost like a movie (in terms of storytelling, gameplay is great). Bloodborne and dark souls in general kinda drop you in a world with just a vague premise or goal, but the world is littered with item descriptions, architecture and geography which tell a story all by themselves.

This game has some of the richest lore i’ve ever seen from a videogame, i don’t think i’ve ever seen a Lovecraftian game that actually conveyed all those right emotions that HPLs stories could as well

For me anyways it makes me more technically sloppy, but helps me to stop overthinking things so damn much which helps a lot with a game like bb
