it usually takes 6 months for the identification of long term effects of vaccines.

yes there have been people who’ve been vaccinated for over 6 months, but there isn’t anywhere near enough people vaccinated for over 6 months to get a true idea of any effects/efficiency yet. i believe august is the current month they are shooting for.

additionally, the vaccine is currently hypothesized to be effective for at least 6 months months, and they are saying we will need booster shots for the vaccine. so this isn’t a one and done type deal.

if we will need booster shots anyway, i’m perfectly fine with waiting until FDA approval (not the emergency use stage we are still in), i’d rather know what i’m getting into then being a tester for the US government.
