Earl is a dope lyricist but at the same time I’m never super impressed by what he says like some people are. I feel what he’s saying more than I have “how did he come up with that” moments he just knows how to word thoughts and experiences nice. For example my favorite lines from him is “I got my grandmothers hands I start to cry when I see them because they remind me of seeing her and these the times I needed her most because I feel defeated...” that whole section of solace is my bag. I been there the entire verse. If you don’t care about that type of s*** I completely understand why you would feel that way. That little baseball scheme he did niggas be trynna bring up don’t do s*** for me tbh it’s kinda light.
