herpes is a parasite. parasites on your genitals.
right, but as that user said
you dont see symptoms a majority of the time

Do you have herpes and youre projecting or are you just like being weird?
I would research as much as I can about the virus.
Was gonna say some s*** (had like a whole paragraph) but I’ll just let y’all know a lil something p**** ain’t everything I can stress it enough just get a bag
HSV testing is not reliable (only accurate test is administered out of UW) so it’s not on a standard panel. It also often times doesn’t even affect people even if they do have it. So they see texting as an unneeded stress causer
Naw I feel that. I'm just flabbergasted I haven't encountered it on myself lmao.
My history isn't exactly good girls with morals...

That is, until you become aware

If you’re completely asymptomatic you aren’t even at risk of sharing it (at least that’s the info my doctor told me) so that’s a W.
But also the blood tests are bunk. Idk if you actually got a sore swabbed which is pretty accurate but the blood tests are wrong very often.
I took the Western Blot test, administered at UW which is known for being like 99% accurate.
But yea a big W in my book, as I won’t have to worry about getting it on my Johnson
Oral HSV is so common I wouldn’t consider this a huge loss tbh. Plus, HSV 1 is way less likely to reoccur after the initial outbreak. Another plus is now that you have it on your mouth your body has the antibodies that will make it so you won’t get it on your genitals (at least this is my understanding of it, maybe do some research first)
In terms of getting herpes this is like the ideal situation probably
Precisely, I feel incredibly lucky that I’m completely asymptomatic. On the other hand I feel bad for my GF though since she dealt with symptoms and has to consistently take medication for it.
It shows how we both have the exact same condition but vastly different experiences. Shame she has to bear the stigma only because she got it downstairs. Funny though, I’m at much bigger risk of transmitting it than she is to a negative partner.
No biggie, keep in mind I’m completely asymptomatic and 80% of the world population has it
this why I chose to be an loser, to prevent catching things
