I think of it this way: regardless of the decision, my dating pool would severely be limited.

Besides, due to the prevalence rate, I could very well still catch it (arguably with a higher chance) and making me feeling like an ass for passing up on a good woman...to only end up with the same disease I feared getting from her. What if I don't find someone as good as her too? There could be that.

Keep her? There's probably a decent chance of catching is sometime during the relationship, especially if we're planning on going for over multiple years. In case of catching it, I'd feel like the biggest clown in the world getting myself into the risk knowing beforehand and the psychological toll seems immense. Not to mention having to mention it to future potential partners, god forbid this relationship doesn't work out.
