Played P5 up till the 4th palace (I think) but lost interest and never managed to get back io it.
Picked up Royal and this s*** got me hooked again lmao just finished the 1st palace. All these little gameplay tweaks and extra time at night to raise stats + additional dialogue to boost confidants are great. Def gonna try and finish the game this time
Constantly stressing cause i gotta somehow level up my confidants with five hundred people and do my social stats too
Doesn't work on the exams though
That’s why we pull up the cheat sheet
Whenever this goes on sale I’m copping immediately. 100+ hours into the base game royal about to have me f***ed up doing 200+
Why is ATLUS sending out surveys asking if we want scramble in the west
i thought they were already bringing that
do you guys think the Royal Launch edition gonna be available down the line? Might not be able to play this for a while but I really want that steelbook so I might cop right now

Hard to tell, Best Buy has already released the standard non steelbook version this early, So they’re selling 2 versions atm because the Launch may sell out

The new Mechanic of targeting specefic enimes to make them blow up and do damage to the rest of the tem is such cool addition to this game man. This truly feels they took having fun during development to see what great addictions they could add to a classic
played an embarrassing amount the past week due to corona, since i've been able to "work" from home. just finished up royal. god damn man, genuinely the best game i've ever played. post game depression bout to hit hard af
Goddamn man, the resolution bump and anti-aliasing did wonders for the games look.
Everything looks so much more vibrant and sharp, game looks fantastic
Game is definitely in at least my top 5 of the generation:
1. The Witcher 3
2. Red Dead Redemption 2
3. Bloodborne
4. Persona 5: Royal
5. Hitman Season 1&2

Damn your list about the same as mine
except I haven’t played the new Hitmans like that & it’s missing Nier
Futaba’s calling card talks about “crimes of sloth” but hers is the palace of wrath, what sense does that make??
is yoshidas social link good? didnt even start it in the og
i remember the tower s link in p4 (the ugly little f***ing kid) was a b**** and in p5 its a kid too but i dont remember doing that either. is that one bad?

Yoshida makes negotiating a lot better, to the point u can get even 5x as much as you would for killing a shadow if you’re lucky
Tower gives u some great gun abilities, and since ammo automatically refills at the end of battle s*** is even more useful in Royal

I agree. Your list is perfect. I'd prolly put persona up 1 more just because I loved it too damn much
Okumura boss fight
tf was ATLUS thinking
yeah, not my favorite fight. didn't think it was the worst in the base game, but they made it worse in royal. if the shadows ran away after 3 turns, i could understand, but 2 turns is really cutting it close, especially if you're playing on hard. they really want you baton passing at that part
