It's cool. I'm trying hard not to think about persona 5 the whole time lol. Like I understand this is a remake, it's going to be a step down. But my brain keeps going "they did this better in 5" gotta rewire my thoughts on it.

I like the protagonist a lot though. He can be a complete a******.

And only having 3 social stats to improve is great. Idk if I care about social links as much in this one though. Probably only going to max a couple out.

I'm gonna stick with it and see how the story goes for a bit.

If only Nintendo wasn’t so dead set on being a contrarian and released a more powerful console. I say this as someone who literally owns a switch. They are a pain the ass to develop games for compared to more powerful consoles. It’s not the developers fault.

Haven’t several devs said that switch is super simple to develop for? The only problem is it’s too outdated at this point

If you have to develop two separate games then I would say it isn’t. This is why a game like Hogwarts legacy didn’t drop the same time for switch as it did for other consoles. I’m saying it’s harder for them to do two dif versions at the same time then optimize the one for the newer switch that supposed to be comparable to the ps4 power wise. Nintendo holds itself back from these big releases by not running on up to date hardware.

Shifts / baton pass is so good. I couldn't go through p3p and p4g when I tried those earlier in the year. The passing g system makes the game so much faster better

I also wouldn’t be surprised if the new switch being rumored to be announced sooner than later made atlus feel like making the port for a current switch redundant. They can just capitalize off the hype of the new switch instead of making two dif versions of the same game in such a short time span.

og 3 is better fam

It’s good but this has made much needed improvements. It’s missing the dlc sure but if that gets added in later I don’t see what’s truly better about the og.

P3R isn’t some highly taxing game the Switch couldn’t handle. Yeah Atlus would probably have to scale some stuff back on Switch but not launching on Switch day 1 was a dumb (but expected from Atlus) move

If P6 doesn’t launch day 1 on Switch 2, Atlus is seriously braindead
