Played both. The combat in one and 2 is painfully slow and extremely easy in the PSP remakes (my first playthough of both I went through the whole game using every characters main Persona but mostly partly cause the Velvet room/fusion in those games is weird) but the stories in both FAR exceed anything modern persona has to offer especially the P2 duology

P2IS - PSP remake so just pirate or emulate using a device of your choice

P2EP- PSP remake with the fan translation patch is the best way to play. Same as above

P1- PSP remake with the music mod that puts back the original music. In the remake they got the composer of the new Persona games (3 and up) and it does not fit the vibe AT ALL. Its not bad but the original music worked with the atmosphere so much better
