You didnt mind not being able to control the whole party? I died so many times against nyx cause yukari and junpei would always do the dumbest s\*\*\* i hated the AI at points
Tartatus was also difficult to understand at first, the game doesnt tell you what to do inside it, they just tell you to climb it. I always felt i wasnt going far enough, it took me 10 hours to finally figure it out

Was playing Persona 3 Portable last time, definitely going to start the game over in the FES version.

Bro you get tactics lol if you use them they cut down on doing anything dumb by a huge margin. And yeah I was confused by Tartarus as well like you but I just got it down. After the third month id only go in there once a month to take care of everything. And the tired mechanic that people like to complain about wasnt even that bad especially since it’s non existent past like level 35

Oh man this means you’ll get to see the cutscenes this time best in the series (haven’t played the duology or 1) and don’t let anyone tell you not to play the answer because “it’s too difficult”

Also nute don’t forget to upscale your ps2 emulator it makes the game gorgeous

I used tactics against nyx# thats why i pointed that one battle out. Junpei would attack even if i told him to wait, and even if i told him to not wait but to support he'd still attack even tho !#he died like 4 times against nyx when they have that ability that insta kills you if you attack . The AI is not as dumb as others but it does not learn and it gets frustrating at times. It would've been much better if i could control them, at least P3P has that option.
Also, i agree with you on fatigue. At the beginning it would get VERY frustrating cause you'd get tired so fast you'd feel you've not made any progress, at least that's how i felt. The enemies giving like 5 exp didnt help either. The first hours were f***ing hell to me, the game really starts after 10 hours IMO

P3P has better gameplay tho, if you're willing to sacrifice that then do it but dont overlook this aspect

I woulda been so mad if that happened lol everyone waited when I told them to :dead: and man I wanted to test hitting nyx when she had the gown up and it left me with like 10 hp or some s\*\*\*. Yukari healed me and I was like I learned my lesson lmao

Explain the better gameplay part because portable is literally a visual novel for half the game

The answer gets much much easier if you get all the elemental heart items like I did no one had weaknesses

I think i was too underleveled for that battle that's why id get one hit ko'd. Junpei died like 5 times on me i was contemplating on keeping him dead at some point cause id get so mad at him
Yukari, just like yukiko, has always been my mvp tho (yukiko probably even more, she's a BEAST)
Also, surt is probably the strongest persona Ive ever used, his ragnarok with fire amp, fire boost, super high magic stat and tarukaja was so op

Before the end I went to monad and leveled everyone to like 78 before I went solo to 90 so I could get messiah (btw reaper will be having nightmares about my 90+ magic Odin and it’s thunder reign ) :hhh: brought him out during nyx death phase and let him f\*\*\*ing rock
