You literally just refuse to research the issue. Some of the animal rights activists who supported what you’re saying have literally changed their position to what im saying. You’ve clearly never talked to anybody actually impacted by this issue.
Anyway fine disagree, the world will continue to change in the way im trying to explain to you regardless of what you think.
Maybe the next time the topic comes up in your life you will have a more open mind.
And you edit your posts constantly.
testament to the slop you have penned in this thread
Lol you’re just out of league talking about this stuff
But your mind wont change nor is your opinion on here important so whatever

he’s just being antagonizing at this point lol

Again, nothing you have said is supported by evidence. Basing arguments based on feelings and vibes. I am criticizing you as a bad faith merchant.
You know nothing about my research on the topic. I have broken your logic multiple times in here and you tell me I am out of my depth?

So one of the leading crusading “animal rights” activists agreeing with my position, the law in Canada being successfully legally challenged on these the issues in support of my view, multiple Indigenous leaders saying this is an issue, the indigenous people I know who are directly impacted by it agreeing with me, the fact this s*** is repeatedly taught in my university, or the fact that you can just research this s*** on your own isn’t evidence? Just research the history of the indigenous genocide in canada you’ll arrive at a decolonized point of view on this issue like I have, if you really read about this stuff.
More like you just ignore anything that doesnt align with your ignorant view.

if i am so behind on my research, provide me something to read??
you keep yapping about this s*** with nothing to prove your point. i know how to use the internet - i can easily link you articles to disprove you. but i am not the one who made the original bullshit claim.

Here’s some just on a quick google. But I recommend you really immerse yourself in indigenous literature, art and interviews and stuff like that and research the effect of the genocide as a whole and how having a colonialist pov perpetuates this to this day.
One of my favourite indigenous books, that touches on these issues, is Noopiming the cure for white ladies. Beautiful book I had to read for a university class and write about a lot of these topics. Couldn’t recommend it enough.
I just want to clarify, im not trying to attack you and call you like pro genocide or anything like that, i genuinely dont think you feel like that at all. Having a soft spot for animals probably means youre a compassionate person. Im just trying to explain how animal rights activism and the anti fur trade movement has been apart of a cultural genocide. Which might hopefully lead you to have a more nuanced view on these issues that outside of canada, people are not commonly exposed to.
If you want to avoid animal products and abolish factory farms, i totally support you doing that. Im just trying to show you how when those views are imposed on other cultures (excluding factory farms), the damage it causes.
