Bryce Huff is available (1:07)
Man f them midseason trades. Maybe another RB but other than that we need to keep who we got

Another RB when we have Gainwell and Shipley as backups while our edge depth is in the toilet would be an INSANE move

Our edge is good. Barkley is the team. We lose him it's over. As it stands, we already need him on first, second, third, and fourth down every drive for every quarter.

Brother, that’s just the way the game is..you lose a star player and your game plan is gonna be significantly affected. We’re already paying Saquon $13 million per year. How do you realistically suggest that we pay a 4th running back on the active roster? One that would also be a noteworthy upgrade to Gainwell, and also force said running back to back up Saquon.
Now after you tell me that, take a look at our edge depth, we have a 90 year old BG (who is also playing the most consistent out of all our edge’s on the roster), Josh Sweat, Nolan Smith, and a non existent Bryce Huff who played 6 snaps yesterday and is likely moved by this time tomorrow.
It's Saquon's team now
Bruh I’m watching this live with my family at the crib for brunch like 8 mfs including me watching the game and everybody on their phones except me when this happened im like no way im the only person who just seen this live I was worried it wouldn’t be a replay 😭😭😭

Gainwell sucks. If Saquon goes down for any period of time we are f***ed

It just is what it is. You can say that same thing about Jalen, Lane, AJ, etc. Regardless of who we have behind Saquon, the drop off is gonna be tremendous. I get that having a 2 headed monster in the backfield is hot right now with the Lions backs playing the way they are, but a backup running back would be a luxury trade, not a necessity for this team.
Deadline has come and gone, if a guy wasn't gonna be a CLEAR upgrade no move was made, fine. Nolan is improving, Sweat has come along as of late, BG is ageless. Huff HAS TO be the guy they hoped when they signed him.
Only thing I could shoot him some bail with is he is getting chipped far more now here than he was in New York so he probably doesn't know how to deal with that yet. The one game where he wasn't really getting chipped heavy was against the Giants
If it were anything major I doubt they'd be letting him speak

Probably a rest day honestly

he’s a lovable idiot but unfortunately also an INT hawk that often finds himself outta position often

When he's manned up this season he's not even in the same zip code as these receivers. His versatility of having come into the league as a slot defender is part of his appeal, but that hasn't shown up this season at all
