sirianni can obviously win a lot of games w this team firing him is sped. patullo has to go tho. aj is fine too the s*** w him is dumb exaggerated

Problem with Sirianni is that without a competent OC, his offense becomes extremely limited and one dimensional and when we do hire a competent OC, they're promoted elsewhere right after. It's becoming an endless cycle at this point. I'm cool with Nick staying if he has the balls to fire his friend Patullo and if we can get an old head OC who calls plays very well with no desire to get an HC gig in the same vein as Vic. It's why I'm high on Monken.
Another reason I can see Nick getting fired is if Jeff thinks he's got a real shot at Harbaugh, especially since Harbaugh has previous ties to Philly

Bro be real. We only got Patullo cus we won the Super Bowl last year and all the other OC’s were hired. Patullo isn’t a friend… he was a backup Kellen Moore and he got the job because he was at least familiar with the previous offense

An OC’s job is to put together a good offense. If the OC doesn’t do his job well, the team will feel the results. Same way we had a s*** offense in 2023, it was because after 2022 we lost our OC and were one of the last ones able to even sign a replacement. That’s not a failure on the coach or team, that’s a side effect of winning the Super Bowl and having tremendous success in that area.

Non play calling culture guy who appoints his friends and is incapable of fixing or even addressing any of the issues with the football team

    Yea he can die

  • Doesn’t even matter if Patullo gets fired now

aj seems fine idk why people would think hes a problem when fans act way worse in response to the coaching and they dont even have them as coworkers! feel like his frustration is valid

He should catch the ball probably

    We have to be realistic

AJ never was the fastest guy and he’s been hobbled a ton this season.

The first two are essentially out of his catch radius he’s barely getting finger tips to those balls.

Last drop is inexcusable but it helps not to have a talentless b**** screaming in your face and his hired oaf ushering you away to a spot on the bench

Na that was piss poor effort on both of those long balls.

Esp the 2nd one. He cant lay out for a catch? This the fkin playoffs.

AJ basically did nothing the whole game and got multiple game-changing opportunities. The first one he didn’t go out for. Second hit his hand and he dropped it. Third was the easiest routine catch ever and it was dropped.

It’s all mental. If you can’t hang, you can’t hang. I love AJ, he was basically my favorite player most of his years here. But bro, niggas ain’t gonna defend that s***.

He brought all this BS attention to himself this year for no reason. And then when the team tried to see it his way, he didn’t put anything up. Just gave us drops and ghosted in big games. Can’t even remember any big catches he made but I just know he wasn’t there to make those big multi-million dollar catches in the playoffs. Bro no one needs that. He played his hand wrong, that’s it. Bad move on his part.

    Inexcusable
    Doesn’t help

The first two are very low probability catches. Especially considering he’s getting tackled by multiple defenders in the first play and the second he has to push a DB that is grabbing him off to even attempt to reach for the ball let alone lay out.

The overarching point is that Nick Sirianni can not shirk away on the back of another scapegoat like he did in 2023.

The CONSISTENT inconsistency, the penalties, the playcalling, the locker room narratives, the helplessness, Big Dom’s fat ass, everything falls back on him and his inability to do ANYTHING.

True, but I want goedert and nakobe too. But I do think we have to sign Mann back.

I love Goedert (one of my fave Eagles) and Dean but I could see Howie replacing both of them for cheaper

Howie's priority is prob giving long term contracts to our 2 CBs and our 2 DTs

I was pretty 50/50 on Sirianni. He’s a culture guy but a culture guy that got to two superbowl won 1. Talented roster sure but he won a ton of games

Tonight and all the time I suppose, when the cameras panning to em and he’s not saying s*** into that headset

Gives me immense Jason Garrit vibes. And those are bad vibes. Idk

Probably unlikely they fire him, highly likely they fire KP, and there are a ton of good OC candidates out there likely to bring on. So. Run it back and so be it I guess, with Nick on the shortest leash imaginable

Trade AJB I guess. I’d rather not but I think it’s apparent hurts chemistry with Smitty and Dallas and Saq trumps his with AJb these days. Sad outcome to a promising season despite its faults

Ugh I know that realistically we can't keep both but Howie has done magic in the past so lets see how he finesses it
