If they keep Sirianni, Patullo, AJ, and/or Jake then…

Surely Patullo at the very least is gone tomorrow. No reason to prolong that with the canidates that are available

  • Could’ve had our Ravens 2012 moment, fire Patullo in November, new OC takes us back to the Super Bowl. But no, let’s lose to the Bears and Chargers and hope something magically changes in the playoffs

    We have to be realistic

AJ never was the fastest guy and he’s been hobbled a ton this season.

The first two are essentially out of his catch radius he’s barely getting finger tips to those balls.

Last drop is inexcusable but it helps not to have a talentless b**** screaming in your face and his hired oaf ushering you away to a spot on the bench

No it’s the nfl here. Bad effort from him this season. He b****ed a lot and was not very good.

I was pretty 50/50 on Sirianni. He’s a culture guy but a culture guy that got to two superbowl won 1. Talented roster sure but he won a ton of games

Tonight and all the time I suppose, when the cameras panning to em and he’s not saying s*** into that headset

Gives me immense Jason Garrit vibes. And those are bad vibes. Idk

Probably unlikely they fire him, highly likely they fire KP, and there are a ton of good OC candidates out there likely to bring on. So. Run it back and so be it I guess, with Nick on the shortest leash imaginable

Trade AJB I guess. I’d rather not but I think it’s apparent hurts chemistry with Smitty and Dallas and Saq trumps his with AJb these days. Sad outcome to a promising season despite its faults

the argument has been what would other coaches think if we fire Srianni after how successful we've been when any half decent coach wouldn't care because they understand Srianni is a midwit. They'd be more concerned about our judgement for keeping a midwit for 5 seasons.

sped how u have this headcanon of all coaches universally agreeing sirianni is talentless. he has one of the best winning percentages thru first 5 years out of any head coach ever in nfl history. first coach in like 20 yrs to win nfc east back to back. dude has already been to multiple super bowls, and he already got us a ring. like u couldn’t ask for a better start to a coach’s career. begging for him to be fired when he doesn’t win the superbowl every year is childish and very very stupid.

the longstanding argument against hiring a defense-oriented head coach is that you'll need to repeatedly find and bring in good OCs. and Sirianni isn't a defensive-oriented coach lol but we still need to bring in good OCs.

i'm not saying he's universally hated but any smart coach can recognize he's kneecapping our potential. I'm not saying it's never mattered, but can you point out at stretch like this with any top tier coach where multiple years over a 5 year span have been lost because we couldn't find good coordinators. Shanahan and McVay constantly bleed talent and they do well for themselves.

bruh saying “multiple years have been lost” we made the playoffs every year and usually as one of the top seeds. yeah we didn’t win the superbowl every year but we alr made it there twice and won once that’s a damn good track record. i mean ur literally holding this guy to an expectation of winning a superbowl every single year back-to-back-to-back. if ur complaint abt him is he doesn’t win enough when he’s literally won more than anyone else has in their first 5 years, then ur being childish.

in 2023 we had a roster talented as in 2022 and 2024 and we were a nonfactor the second half of the season, had an ugly collapse.

this year we had a matchup in the first round against an injury ravaged defense that couldn't punish our weaker-than-usual offensive line, and our offense couldn't even put up 20 on them.

i'd be fine with losing in both years, even in the same rounds, but when there's a common denominator both times it makes sense to fix that.

78 receptions, 1k yards and 7 touchdowns is “not very good” in a historically bad offensive scheme?

Bad effort as in a media driven narrative fueled by a single play three months ago or bad effort as in bad results?

I don’t really give a f*** about the off the field “bitching” it was largely justified whether you want to accept that or not.

the common denominator is we had a s*** OC both years. we literally just suffering from success. it’s hard when every time u get a good OC u go to the superbowl and cant get a good one after bc everyone already got hired.

if ur knock against sirianni is that the offense struggles when we have a bad OC… then ur issue is w the OC not sirianni

That’s the argument tho, with Nick it will always be this way

With a “scheme” oriented HC, not as much onus on the coordinators, not this constant blame game we see here

so what are u saying? that its more important for us to be able to win without a good OC? when we know that if we put nick with a good OC we’re damn near unstoppable? bruh lets just get a good OC and go win another ring idgaf if our head coach cant do the OC’s job for him.

All I’m saying is Nick is a ticking time bomb who is likely to have a much shorter tenure than someone like McVay or Andy Reid or Shanahan because “culture” only carries you so far, especially in light of a season or two where the culture implodes and you the HC can’t do anything to correct course

I think McDaniels is more likely to get an HC gig than Kliff. Personally would like McDaniels though
