Thinking of getting back to basketball since I've got lots of time for the first time in a while. I've been staying rather fit, gained lots of muscle but I was wondering if y'all know any exercises I can do at home to target the muscle groups vital in bball. Ideas?

Relying heavy on shooting, used to be real good from three, physical man to man defence and fast breaks were the main traits of my game. I wanna develop a midrange now and add some post moves and fade-aways

just hoop lol. I use my middle and index finger to shoot (klay shoot the same way I think) but that's about it.

start with 3 on 3’s, it’s less stressful man you can just let that mf fly but you got to do it in game speed. good practice
