In a league right now with some guys that don't know how to play as a team smh. Currently 2-3 so i think its time for me to step up as the leader

People hate defense

5-0 in my church league rn we basicslly have one scorer and a bunch of guys that hustle, defend, pass, etc and just take shots when they’re open zero ego except for the guy running the offense maybe the most fun ive had in a league like this even tho im barely shooting

How it should be this is way more fun. My team has 2 of the best scorers in the league but we’re not on the same page half the game.

The thing i hate the most is the attitude/depressed looks on these guys faces when we’re down lmao like wtf the game isn’t over until its over, keep the intensity up!

any drills you guys recommend to improve my handles. Def the weakest part in my game

bag over a ball and dribbling the ball as hard as you possibly can

practice crossovers, driving with either hand, stopping on a dime, hesitations, etc

haven’t played consistently in at least 2 years

Unless something blocking you I hope you can change that soon

yea I copped them after doing a lot of research but tbh I'm a little disappointed

they're comfortable but I don't think the grip is all that great and I gotta wear somewhat thick socks or there's heel slippage

compared to other basketball sneakers where the first wear made a noticeable difference in my game, these were pretty underwhelming

Should I size down then?

I needa get on a mens league squad badly

mmm hard to say because with my regular size there's not extra room for my toes but too much room for my heels

I'd definitely recommend trying them on in person before buying
