yeh i made it the other day and try to bring it up so ppl be aware that there’s more than gossip threads lol i do be sleeping on piper and feeling more attracted to it, im gonna have to go back fully into it and check it out with new eyes and ears, it’s been a minute

mmmh well at this point you’re getting a good picture of pf so it depends more on where you feel more connected to, if ur mood or curiosity for lack of better word leans towards the wall or wish you were here like you want more of that production or songwriting then jump on animals, even your ex mike dean avi gang banger @stillness has the album artwork for his banner

if you like more of the experimental stuff from meddle or atom heart mother go for saucerful of secrets

if you want something just less mysterious then go for obscured by clouds

if u want to stick to my personal recos then i say go for saucerful, it’s up to u tho

id save piper for last because it’s different lineup and could maybe one you like the most

as an enthusiast i think Piper might be THE definitive psych album. definitely is in terms of the UK style in my top 10ish favorite albums of all time

make sure youre not listening to the stereo one tho

some people dont like songs like gnome or pow r toc h, but i think every song is basically perfect and theyre all so distinct from each other

when they were called The Pink Floyd >>>

what an iconic setting, to me that show represents pink floyd the band, visually, musically, and at their peak too, that’s why i made the first post really all from those images

even the beastie boys paid tribute to it with that videoclip, that’s for @Mitchell
