having children is setting up generations of greenhouse gas emissions. The only scholarly rebuttal to this has been that we're not accounting for what will "almost assuredly" be stricter environmental regulations in our children and grandchildrens lifetimes. But these people are counting on human beings to do the right thing

China and India account for almost 1/3 of the worlds population and are still mostly rural. They will continue to industrialize and produce more waste. The birth rate in America isn't going anywhere and we're the biggest polluters on earth. Yeah sure, some small European countries are having issues with birth rates, but that isn't doing anything globally.. Giving examples to back up your argument would be more helpful than a few snarky keystrokes next time
