Spread Eagle pub was nice in London. Me and a friend had drinks outside. Not sure what the food is like but judging by review pics looks good.

If you’re coming to London just hit up central, you’ve got the British Museum, Science Museum, and National Gallery which are all free.
Covent Garden (West End hub, great for shopping) and the parks (Regents, St James Park) there’s also a massive Waterstones in Waterloo if you’re a book shopper
Buckingham Palace (duh), Westminster Abbey, Kings Cross (British Library), Tower of London/Tower Bridge
If you’re after bars, definitely hit up Soho and Shoreditch. That’s where the vibey stuff is, good rooftop bars, bars with games and s*** (Flight Club, Swingers etc). Brick Lane is also a very trendy area to take in
Enjoy bro a lot of Central is pretty connected by the tube, so you can do most of these in a day or two just roaming around

I was trying to talk my girl into Brighton but she thinks it would be too cold for the beach

Bath is great, the actual Roman Bath stuff is really cool to look at. One of the bigger universities in the country is there too so it has strong student vibes. I’m not the best outside of London but if you’re going far south like you said for Brighton, I can only recommend Falmouth in Cornwall. A girl I use to fw lived there during Uni days so I would trek it down there. Very quaint chill area. It is a big ass away from Brighton though lmao it’s like proper deep Deep South west

Any cool events in the next week I should be aware of? Or is there a specific club or boat I should try?
