You're literally trying to get the best plea deal and the only power you have is the fact that you might take it to court.

If you go through with this ask your attorney if you could get a better deal by waiting closer to trial. Usually you get bout 2 hearings before the final plea deal and trial.

A few things:

• aren’t you entitled to receive legal counsel? Or at the worst can you not defend yourself and present your case
• is this your first case? If so wouldn’t you get a suspended sentence/probation/house arrest
• the story makes no sense. How did you get two felony counts? Assaulting an officer and resisting arrest?
• asking KTT for $4k probably isn’t a good idea. Maybe post some classifieds/contact your local paper and get a thing going.

End of the day you seem to have bought the situation upon yourself and I highly doubt you’d go to jail considering your educational record and so on.

Idk but its two felony resisting counts. I was punching, kicking, flailing, spitting etc im lucky they aint shoot me.

Also yes i have no prior convictions but i do have another ongoing case at the same time for a DUI l caught around the same time (shitty few weeks i was off my bipolar meds and flew off the handle)

anyways yes ive had a public defender but he sucks. he tried to get me to get this mental health pre trial diversion thing but failed. he never returns any of my calls and emails and seems like he has no idea what to do now

i need a private attorney who will actually take the time to investigate my case and make me a priority
