i know it sounds silly but fr they need to have some more customization or free unlockables to convince normal people to do these pokemon battles. because a casual fan is probably not gonna have a great time in online play unless they really pull a lot of cards and learn the meta

The power creep is strong and like u said its hard to get the exact cards to build decks quickly, but i think compromising on that could be bad because it would take away from the competitiveness. The real problem is the power creep, every expansion theres a new deck that outcompetes everything else

And yea would be cool to see more rewards from ranked

Oddly enough it seems the worst offender of power creep is the item/support cards. Some of them render entire decks useless

I reached hyberball 2 and I feel like thats enough. The whole game started to get way too grindy once I reached Hyperball. I could probably get higher but I dont feel like playing against the same 5 decks anymore

well what i mean would be something like a 3D model you can unlock or something along those lines, maybe a small progression system (trying not to say battle pass) which would encourage you to maybe battle online more. i do feel like the content in the game is lacking a bit. i never play against real people anymore tbh
