Also dead at them having to emphasize they’ve kept the “thing you all love and evolved the franchise”
They said that for all the crybaby ass fans who complain about everything lmao
Good:
1. Fixed raid battles. No more waiting for turns.
2. Full open world
3. Legit multiplayer
4. New Pokémon look cute
5. Pokémon just chilling everywhere like arceus
6. Lots of lategame/postgame content
Bad:
1. crystallized Pokémon look dumb
2. Switch hardware holding it back
3. no level scaling could be a con for some people
4. Exp share
5. No arceus-style catching
getting rid of arceus capturing mechanics is f***ed
that was a huge step forward it made catching pokémon fun again
if they get rid of being able to change your pokémons already known moves at anytime this is a recycling bin classic

But you also have to hold a specific item to activate the crystalization. That's why I don't believe it'll be broken. So imagine having salamence hold that item just to change to a fire type and get blown back from entry hazards or the commonly used water type.
The difference between this and mega evolution is that mega evolution would give you a brand new Pokemon that could also change up the Pokemon completely such as stats, typing, and possibly changing an attack. Crystalization doesn't really change the Pokemon just change the type and maybe give a multiplier to a stab attack.
I think mega evolution was balanced because it brought a level of predictability
This is essentially Cinderace/Greninja but for every Pokemon

Nah man I have to disagree with that comparison. Cinderace/Greninja ability is broken because it can use an attack to not only change type, but it gains stab with that attack. You can bring in 4 different attack types and that Pokemon can still hold an item.
This new gimmick, the Pokemon has to hold a specific item (which already put a Pokemon that benefits from a held item for example salamence benefitting from a life orb or heavy duty boots at disadvantage) to change typing. While that's an incredible and insane thing in battle to be able to change your type, I feel like it has a lil more flaws as well. Especially once competitive heat up and people know what type a specific Pokemon benefits from.
Dynamax was broken in my opinion because not only do the Pokemon get stat boost, attacks ignore a Pokemon stat boost, attacks gain another ability, and certain Gigantamax Pokemon special attacks got a buff while Gigantamax.

It's confirmed not in the game. It's back to how it was. In the most recent trailer the game pauses during battle so you can teach a Pokemon a move just like the old game. Only confirmed feature still in it is the evolution mechanic where you get to choose when to evolve your Pokemon.
stopping back in to say legends is one of the best pokémon games of all time. the formula they should clearly stick with but whatever
Arceus might be the best Pokemon game they'll make for the Switch
Pokémon Legends Celebi on the 4k switch
Arceus might be the best Pokemon game they'll make for the Switch
To bad we won't get anymore games like it.
I think koraidon ride mode is based on the Flintstones. Koraidon represent the past, while Miraidon represent the future. That's why Koraidon ride mode legs move like it's running, it's based on how the Flintstones powered their car. It's dumb, but make sense.
does transferring from pokemon home to a game count as trading? i.e. will the pokemon i transfer not obey me?
i transferred some pokemon from go to home to brilliant diamond, and they wouldn't listen to me until i got enough badges. if tthat answers your question
I am in need of a non-english ditto
Okay wow legends is the most fun Ive had playing Pokemon since gen 4.
It needs polish and the graphics leave desire on the table., But I really love what they did gameplay wise.
I don't see this s*** topping it if all the info I ve read is true.
Truth is though if you just throw all the pokemon in a game and maybe a couple fun mini games people would eat that s*** up way more than innovation.
Somehow they've done little of either option

The last statement is what I've been saying for years. There was literally nothing wrong with the formula.
We didn't constantly need new gimmicks every Gen. Mega Evolution was a GREAT substitution for not having to create new permanent evolutions and got extremely balanced after X/Y.
Now we keep getting stuff like Dynamax and the Crystalization gimmick that is kind of meh.
I don't know why they feel the need to innovative every game now. Just throw every pokemon on to one game, create 50-60 new Pokemon, add a really good post game and call it a day. Literally all they had to do was copy Platinum multiplayer and post game and expand it. That's it.
Hell I didn't even need open world. I'm tired of open world games. This would have been dope 10 years ago. But in a world where every game has to be open world or semi-open world it's just not fun unless it's done differently.
