Bought two packs of Paldea Evolved and two packs Obsedian Flames. Just to get started a bit. Get into collecting cards again.

I noted gyrados and Nidoking, both easy early game mons seem to be nearly indestructible

Maybe it's best for you to try the Pokemon card investing and collecting subreddits. They do this stuff all day

I already beat the game, it’s not hard, but yeah some fights just take forever because they spam evasion and you’re missing most attacks

Yea I need to know final typings, evo, abilities, and signature moves before I'm anywhere near choosing one

I like all their base designs anyways but also am wondering what the full dex will be. Like I wouldn't use fuecoco in gen 9 in either game cause I wanted the 2 charcedet evolutions way more.

Yeah it’s my first time doing these islands they seem new to me, I think when I played back in the day I never went back and unlocked most of them

Yeah, it says the same on the bottom of the Magikarp as well btw. Just a different illustrator, but same one also did the Dark Vaporeon.

And they all look the same. Magikarp, Gastly, Haunter and Dark Vaporeon. I have four of those, with that shiny pattern on the card. Base 2 for the first three cards and Team Rocket on the Dark Vaporeon.

Like everything else on the card looks real. Have to find someone that maybe knows more about them.

Edit: I found a thread on reddit of a card with the same pattern. But someone just said "vending machine sticker" and "fake" in response on that reddit thread. Was only like two responses to a Magmar, which was the card. Hm, I dont know. From the print on the card and it not really being a "sticker", but maybe they are just fake. Either, they are very rare and people have just never seen that type or can remember... like the cards are damn near 30 years old. Or they are just some fakes from that era, maybe most points to this.

Anyway, have no idea how I have them or how I got them. Look cool though. At least I found one thread or pic of someone who has a card like it on the internet.

Didn't even notice that I am way too underleveled atm. Fought Blue in that Team Rockets building where he had a lvl 40 Charizard while my strongest Pokemon was lvl 32. Still beat him but it was tough
