Yes. It's a lot more than animal crossing from what I've seen. I'm not far enough to do the local gameshare stuff yet I think but I haven't done any of the online stuff yet either

As someone who finds Minecraft and Animal Crossing boring, will I even like Pokopia? I don’t like cozy games where the game is just doing stuff with no objective or end point

But the hype for this got me considering (won’t buy until it’s on sale tho cus I ain’t paying full price for a KC)

oh yeah that’s what this game feels like holy s***

this has more goals, discovering pokemon, improving their lives, each area has a little story dedicated to a legendary pokemon etc but there is also that open-ended nature as another layer that’s always there for you to enjoy but never forced down your throat

there’s also some interesting side quests

If you like Pokemon you’ll definitely like the lore and concept of this world, you learn about it through bits of dialogue and also writings left behind

Yeah the core is what’s making me wanna check this game out. Seen some spoilers and man this s*** sounds so f***ing cool. Also, that certain Pokemon you posted on the last page you random saw in the sky had me like 👀.

Been seeing reviews how there’s a lot more to do to keep you going like you said.

I just want “missions” to do. Not just like “plant garden for Bulbasaur and come back a day later to water it” type s***. I don’t wanna play a game for a couple minutes everyday to do some task.
