Since the dawn of humanity, we have recognized and reacted emotionally to drawn representations of humans (even stick-figures in caves were used for this purpose).
Saying "but they're drawings" doesn't stand up to scrutiny.

Look drawings of lil girls getting f***ed by horses is weird but when the FBI and Chris Hansen have to make a statement saying that they don’t care about it and it distracts them from saving actual children from getting harmed, I think equating it to real CP just downplays the seriousness of it
