When people say a certain music is ahead of its time most of the time it's just some weird sounding/trippy s***. But I've been listening to Portishead for a while and I can't believe their music is from the 90s. I think it could easily pass as something released in the 2010s at the very least

dummy imo is def in the tier of thriller/dark side of the moon/mbdtf etc.
The album flows so well,not a single misused moment,brilliant songwriting and the instrumentals speak for themself.
