What album, where, why
Music that made you feel almost like different person afterwards
For me:
IGOR: after a breakup and that s*** hit different
Ye: guy told me I had to experience this and I did
Fever: Meg had me feeling some type of way about myself afterwards
Beyoncé’s Homecoming: have y’all listened to it omg go experience that

For me:
bruv how did you feel after listening to to be kind for the first time? the self-titled song still makes me shake when i listen to it on loud speakers
blonde first listen was pretty f***ing mid
Melodrama was goat
Arca self titled too
It's crazy how mbdtf still feels so fresh when you revisit it, dark fantasy gets me hype as hell like it's the first time hearing it
i remember following the stream for endless and when that s*** finally dropped i basically had a religious experience listening to it and it was super lofi quality too
then when blonde first dropped, i listened to like 3 songs and just knew it was a special album but i wasnt emotionally ready to embark on that journey, so i put it aside for like a month. ive since listened to it probably hundreads of times. same with endless
DS2 for sure my ears have never been so blessed

Felt weirdly calm man idk. It a was scary and chaotic experience but at the same time almost meditative in a way
Bring the sun/toussaint l'ouverture ended me

Real for Arca

Puce Mary's the Drought, Pharmakon's Bestial Burden, Arca's Entranas had that effect on me
I was high for like my third time when I first listened to American Gangster
Almost cried when I know finished.
It was the first thematic experience I remember having with an album as well.
Into EP - Sonder
Also Starboy by The Weeknd, it actually wasn’t my first listen but it was the first time the album actually clicked for me because at first I didn’t like it but then I gave it another chance one random day and I couldn’t stop dancing.
Wolf by Tyler, the Creator
Remember it leaked during class and I sneak listened to it and then on my walk home from school jammed that s***.
ye: I had just waken up and I found out that the album just dropped so I played it in bed with the lights out and it was so chill
Flower Boy: I was travelling 7 hours by bus the day it leaked and it was the soundtrack to my bus ride, can’t forget the moment it played
ASTROWORLD: I woke up and did some work then I checked AM and found it dropped after the long anticipation, I was home alone that day and blasted that album, can’t forget “Can’t Say” and “Sicko Mode” first listen till this day
DAMN.: It dropped on Easter Sunday and I considered it an amazing gift for the Holidays so it was the soundtrack of Easter 17’ to me and had many great times while playing ELEMENT. and DUCKWORTH.
IGOR: I had just moved out and many aspects in my life had changed and the album dropped 3 days after my birthday so the vibe was unreal
well the first one that came to mind was yeezus. the leak came out and i was about to go to work so i was kinda upset. out of nowhere my job calls and says I don't need to come in to work that night so I got high as f*** and blasted it.
(hearing the screams in i am a god that fried made me think someone was legit getting murdered outside)
