The Boxer at Rest is a Hellenistic Greek bronze sculpture of a sitting nude boxer at rest, still wearing his himantes, a type of leather hand-wrap. It has been given various dates within the period of about 330 to 50 BC. It was excavated in Rome in 1885.
Not entirely obvious from this picture alone but look at a close-up and you can see the cuts on his face and the cauliflower ears. What I like most is how his head is tilted to the side and a little upward; either as if he is speaking to his coach in-between rounds, or after a fight, or perhaps more poignantly - speaking to God in reflection of his tough life

theres a bunch of art bots on twitter you can follow
but other than that I just treat it like I do music, how if you hear song by someone and you enjoy it you check out the rest of their discography. simliarly if i happen to come across an interesting painting i look up the artists other works as well as the genre/school its part of and check out through wikipedia related works and painters etc
beware though recently i saw a great painting by a contemporary artist and when I looked up his other works it was paintings of women defecating
