Highly recommend! I loved and hated looking at this thing every time it was on screen. He was a force of nature.

Form 2 looks absolutely horrific like it's about to just collapse on itself every time it moves

"On the cultural plane, the art of Mark Rothko (shown above), with its luminous squares of light in the late 1940s and early 1950s captured what Derrida called a decade later the “absent ontological center” at the West’s heart of Being. Derrida began as a Heidegger and Husserl scholar and he specifically meant that the West’s idea of Being had collapsed in on itself and so there were no longer any ultimate transcendental signifieds—such as God, the Subject, Freedom, etc.—to anchor the play of signifiers so that they did not skid around and collide into each other, causing semiotic chaos."

Can’t find the actual video but its a short (film?) with this image slowly zooming in, and two lines of text fading in and out. “What does she see?” and “What does she hear?” The linked theme plays till the end. My favorite piece of Twin Peaks extra media. Happy Anniversary FWWM!

    I love this one too

This is a great one, i loveee all those scenes of Ben kinda dissociating back to his childhood

They all seem to come out of nowhere and hit you hard especially the one in S3

Off that album this is probably my fav. Love the way it fades into Lauras theme as she “fades out” in that last scene with James in FWWM. S*** i love that scene in general
