I think they both have their strengths and weaknesses. I personally love bar heavy songs with double/triple entendres and Drake is amazing at that. 90% of the Drake songs I listen to are the am/pm type s***
Kendrick rarely does that stuff but he’s better at stories and concepts. GKMC is like peak storytelling and songs like reincarnated show how out of the box bro can get (really only rivaled by Lupe imo)

idk i feel like it's cool that any old guy can create what he imagines, idk if I would necessarily call that killing creativity.
it does suck that it devalues (to some) the hard work that creativity takes, to some people ai art is good enough (and it is getting better), to others who can tell and don't like it, it feels cheap. I guess it's just an interesting signifier in taste now between who feels that way and who doesn't.
