WRUan important life update: my brother's friend (one of our summer home neighbors) was drafted 4 months ago and is now going to ukraine after four months of 'service.' there's no way to get in touch with him at the moment. my bro is devastated, my friends are devastated (we all knew the guy), parents are coping to the absolute best but they're clearly panicking
yall should know this s***, regardless if you feel sympathy or not. since I use this thread as my only way of communication with international people on whats going on -- ill keep using it for that

And this my family was in war is a bulsshit argument. My father was in the JNA as a bosnian during the war and was luckily never deployed but the stories he heard were horrendous from both sides.
And the argument about not stopping.
I'm aware that if people didnt stop mladic s*** would have been even crazier.
But to say one side commited war crimes and aggressions is asanine and ignorant when for instance Croatia has been the most brutal country in the region if we are talking about history.
Yet Croatia still wont condemn certain actions.
Balkans are a s*** show doe.. so there is that
calling it a "local genocide" doesn't mean it was not a genocide, it only means it was done locally because Serbia didn't advance and do it on the whole country
I am not denying what we did and all of it is documented, now saying Croatia has been the most brutal country in the region is debatable and if you mean about NDH we've denounced it and forbid their symbols
we also have Serbians living in the same regions today and they are equal citizens and have their minority rights
now don't get me wrong I love Serbian people and have hope in the newer generations of both countries, Balkan was always a s*** show or so called "bure baruta" but we shouldn't let the past form the future
