Honestly, why couldn’t this s*** have been worked out with a conversation. Why didn’t NATO hurry up and induct Ukraine into NATO, knowing this was gonna potentially happen.
If NATO had got Ukraine, there would be nothing Russia could do about it.
from what I was reading there were safeguards in place, the gov no doubt made it seem worse for political reasons.
