Their intentions is to get Northrop Grumman, Boeing, and Raytheon to fill their pockets as much as possible, putting them in a financial headlock with a lendlease agreement, then making them dependent on NATO for decades to come
Western powers had ample opportunity to settle this matter peacefully years, if not decades, before this conflict happened. It is ahistorical to claim otherwise.
