Damn man. I wonder if the writers will go back to work now, or if they are waiting for the actors to get a new deal first

Writers are going back to work. I know sitcom writers have already started last week

Hopefully SAG ends soon but unlike writers they’ve still been able to accept and film indie roles that accept SAG terms (mostly been A24 & Neon films) throughout the strike so at least new movies can still be made

and this is probably because they don’t publicly want their streaming numbers released
i know WGA gets access to them but they’re still privatized

I feel like now is the time we as consumers also join the strike and stop watching shows on any of the streaming services, which tbh I know is so very unrealistic because there’s just so many people who couldn’t care less about this whole thing.

Instead of streaming shows/movies we should be pirating them instead (which I’ve already returned to a while ago anyway)

    Cmon mannnnn

That’s what I’ve been doing. No Ahsoka, No Secret Invasion, no new shows until the strikes are over.

  • They’re right, 2% is unreasonable. It should be 20%.

    SO. MUCH. PAIN.

  • Oct 12, 2023

2% is unreasonable yet they’re too scared to release movies without their stars going on press tours. Make it make sense
