OnyxShine9Actually I disagree. TLoU 1 was designed on PS3 and optimized for PS4, whereas ND had the experience of Uncharted 4 and Lost Legacy behind them for PS4, and look at how TLoU2 turned out. I absolutely believe a TLoU 1 remaster is warranted given the graphical and technical leaps they've made with 2.
Put it this way, TLoU 1 was created on PS3 and looked as good as it did, and TLoU 2 was created on PS4 and looked as good as it did, just imagine how good TLoU 1 remastered is going to look on PS5. Especially given how amazing Uncharted 4 was for being the first next gen game at the time.
I'm not sure how I would feel about a game that already won GoTY winning it again for a remaster, but then again I don't care about GoTYs at all.
I just hope that all they do is add some more action set pieces, and don't touch the story at all. Also, using mongoloid as an insult. <<<<<<<<

eh not much to predict, it seems like most of the upcoming hyped releases are in 2022.
We don’t even have dates for forbidden west and halo infinite which are the 2 most hyped releases this year

who cares if it looks better, it already looks fine. ND is just milking this s***. maybe they should release factions for TLoU2 or start work on a new game instead remaking a game that isn't even a decade old

Jun 21, 2021Don't have a Switch and I'm not really a fan of how From choose to tackle the plots in their games. Plus I feel like Elden Ring might have some growing pains, being From's first open world game and a collaboration with GRRM. I don't see how Ragnarok could possibly disappoint me

Though, if they improve on the flaws of GoW and also give the gameplay a bit more variance and depth, it could be a contender for GOTY

We know enough. It’s an open world rpg made by Bethesda, it’ll be Skyrim/fallout in space and it’ll be predictably well received

no ones played any of these games and just because you have a trailer for elder ring or stalker 2 (for example) doesn’t make your prediction more valid than predicting starfield

Cant speak on Starfield til I see the gameplay. Skyrim is fantastic but I dont really like any other Bethesda games (not counting DOOM which is just published by them or something)

Fair enough. I just personally feel that to make a prediction you gotta at least have something to work off of other than just a teaser trailer and some tid bits here and there. I got no doubt it’ll be a fire game but I’m still gonna hold out until I see some gameplay.

i mean, you can totally look at Bethesda’s track record with RPGs in different settings and base hype around that tho. they got classics on classics past few gens, no reason this one should be any different quality wise just cuz it’s in space.

I agree with you personally but RC does have a point though, for instance cyberpunk was hyped because of cd projekt red’s track recorde but didn’t fully deliver and had a botched release on consoles
