Drake fans been insecure since CLB flopped from a critical standpoint so they have to compare every new rap album’s sales with CLB’s to feel superior again.

And you have convinced yourself that artists need to make "revolutionary music" (whatever pretentious f*** that is) for it to be good music and you couldn't be more wrong. Drake always has some cringe/weak lines on his albums. That goes back to even the albums people regard as his best. It ain't nothing new and those lines aren't meant to be taken seriously but y'all always do the most with them like Kendrick/Cole/every f***ing rapper also doesn't also have cringe worthy lines in all their s***.

Still, at the end of the day, whether you think CLB is the worst album of all time or not, enough people think there's some pretty good music on there and that's why despite not pushing any songs off the album in 8 months, it's still being consumed the way it is.

I hope we can say the same for the Kendrick album you believe is superior in every way in a few months.
