Whole lotta incredible matches across the past year in PPVs to me, Jey Uso vs Roman back to back PPV classics
Fiend getting burnt to a crisp
I liked the first jey and roman match actually for the most part aside from Roman’s constant talking and pacing around
I can’t rock with bray at all tho

not even that FFH match with Cena?
his career has been up and down but that's a match that's gonna be discussed for years imo

I always thought that match sucked tbh. It’s different but not good different
With all these deals WWE have,I hope we start seeing more top champions get commercials that aren’t apart of WWETV. That needs to be the plan to get these wrestlers exposure.
Bray is Vince’s excuse to do weird s***. And Vince’s idea of weird s*** is usually dumb (like Randy vs Bray at wm33).

Wasnt a fan
As far as cinematic matches go, I liked the boneyard match more lol. I thought it was the best mania match last year.

That’d be nice but it’s unlikely tbh. I don’t think Vince wants wrestlers to bigger than the brand. Austin lowkey f***ed it up for the future when he walked out.

I always thought it was very artistic. Like a real deconstruction of Cena's nearly 20 year career, and very rewarding for people who have watched for a long time and know Cena's career. It was like a post-wrestling match almost. It felt like something wrestling has never really done before.
So they gotta be doing a draft soon or something lol who else do they have for Lashley on Raw?

The majority of the weird Bray stuff is from Bray himself lol
The entire Fiend character was made by him and Vince gave it the green light

brock returning monday

Maybe that’ll change when Vince gets outta there. You want these wrestlers to have some name and marketability beyond wrestling,it’s called making stars.
I’ve seen all the ppvs. Nothing is really memorable for me
Remember that Money in the Bank throughout Titan Towers
Remember that Money in the Bank throughout Titan Towers
Looking back at it,that was trash lol
And a good to great wrestling match with a hyped crowd destroys any cinematic match, idc.

F*** that was actually fun cuz of how dumb it was
Remember Aleister getting throw off the roof

I agree to an extent but cinematic matches are here to stay imo, especially in wrestling wants to really do something new. I feel like post-pandemic wrestling can throw in a cinematic match every now and then to keep things fresh
