Don't know if this was posted before. If this is true, this is actually a bad look on TK.lol The EVPs, Hangman and Colt probably assumed it was Punk doing this or influencing TK, when TK was probably doing it to appease Punk.

Tony really should have taken control of his locker room before it got that far.
Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez pulled him aside the night before All Out and told him that they had been talking to both sides and knew s*** was about to blow up and his response was that he had it handled.
The next night it was made adamantly clear that Tony did not, in fact, have it handled.

You have to be skeptical about any narrative being put out because he was primarily targeting, and very fairly, folks in wrestling news who call themselves a journalist, and are responsible for shaping opinions among fans off of some pretty questionable investigative work
