    Imo it’s harder to become a rapper, with producers you can just download some software and push buttons here and there boom you got a beat.

    With rappers you gotta balance many elements of words which you should articulate and position it well in conviction with your vocal tone

    Imo it’s harder to become a rapper, with producers you can just download some software and push buttons here and there boom you got a beat.

    With rappers you gotta balance many elements of words which you should articulate and position it well in conviction with your vocal tone

    Ok, Let's be clear, A producer most of the times doesn't have a good balance on both sides, just special cases where producers are better than artists themselves, like kanye, But he does need ghostwriters most of the time, But by himself he can do a good ass project, No preference imo

    From my experience I created couple of beats from a simple kit I downloaded but that’s just me

    well yes the process can be simple but the same can be said with just going to a gas station picking up headphones and using those to rap on a beat lol but the greatness comes from the creativity and execution of ideas and imo producers have shown far more artistry over the years
