we producers do need some more love homie ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

We definitely getting that, especially these past few years but niggas r getting a lil too uppity. The fact of the matter is that we need each other, in some cases one more than the other but we donโ€™t have to pick sides n s***

Side note one day niggas gonna have the convo that some of these niggas that we call producers are just beat makers and some rappers are producers. What it means to be a producer has some what been lost tho. We should respect all 3 equally tho and everyone working on a song deserves credit.

yes but my point is i like what producers have done more i don't think i could really say one or the other is more important i can however say that i enjoy one over the other and for me that is producers

Oh well I canโ€™t tell you what you should like I thought you were just saying the producer is greater than the rapper and thatโ€™s it.

Why everyone put them up against each other like ones more important than the other

They both play a big role and are just as important as one another

Producers gotta put up damn near 3x as many numbers to get half the recognition as rappers

  • Jan 20, 2020

I think it goes both ways
Their are rappers like Thug who can Carry a weak beat with their amazing flows. And then you have talented producers like Pierre who Carry trash rappers all the time

  • These days for sure

  • Jan 20, 2020

Kinda sorta. Ain't nobody tryna hear you over garbage beats regardless of how fresh ya bars are

But at the same time even if the beat hard, wack lyrics will destroy the beat and it will he wasted.
