shift up makes lots of games, the team that made this is seperate, it’s called Shift Up Second EVE Studio and it won’t be working on that gacha live service, they’ll probably keep tweaking stellar blade for a while then start pre-production on Stellar blade 2

theyre expanding their workforce but idk if itll be enough to have a focused Stellar Blade and another focused GaaS team, esp since the gacha is still min 3 yrs out. Project eve/Stellar Blade got pushed back a little bit before we finally got it

This subsidiary is separate from shift up basically, they’re just focused on console and PC AAA games

They also didn’t have Sony money for the first few years of development, dev for the next game will prob be a bit faster

the gaas is going to be a console/mobile/PC release according to gematsu

Interesting a mobile gacha gaas game that’s also a AAA action-rpg and cross releasing on pc/consoles sounds weird af, still not sure if second eve studio is gonna be on this though but hopefully not tbh I don’t wanna wait a decade for a sequel
