That whole week that starts at the opera house in altabury up until the lead up to the final dungeon got me like
At the final month, got a feeling this will be kind of a slop since they give you 30 whole days to prepare for the final boss without any story beat or anything. But i feel like im gonna need all of them cause im only level 53 and im starting to have a bad time
Is this good? I played the demo and just thought it was cool but a bit better than personas combat.
I love the persona games but they're kind of draining which is why I didn't think I'd love this. As I get older it's hard to get into long rogs even though that's always been my favorite kind of game.
Saw it won ign game of the year.
Idk. Is it really that good guys, I really need somebody to not shill and tell me if it's good but has some flaws.

I wrote a really long post about my negative thoughts on the game a few pages back, my opinion on this game has actually worsened over time but I do still think it's a good and well made game.
If the only problem you have Persona is length then you might like this as it's a lot shorter. If you have other issues with those games you might need to be more specific cause this game borrows a lot from Persona
Finished the game and the writing falls off so hard after the theatre part…
Ending was stretched like a motherfucker. Sucks the game is linear/no multi-ending so ng+ is kinda pointless.
8/10, persona >>>

Damn sucks about the ending. I'm currently after the Louis ship infiltration mission and before the party event. Am I at least halfway through?
I'm probably an outlier but these games would benefit greatly from cutting maybe 15-20 hours at the very least.

Id say ur half with the main story but there are additional side stuff that you should do
Personally no, because the execution of the story feels rushed after the halfway mark. The game feels long because u feel ur doing the same s*** over and over again near the end of
Just a lot of stupid plot holes

NG+ has a bonus boss. The most difficult boss in the game

Yeah it’s like 10/10 before the theatre part, felt like an all timer rpg for a while
writing in the whole final act was weaker unfortunately, but I still loved the game overall. I’d give it a 9

yeah I saw, if ng+ let me keep my level id do it, cba going to final act again to attempt the boss
Hit credits after 110 hours, just before the year ends lol. Probably the atlus game that will linger in my thoughts the most, more than SMT IV. A true love letter to fiction and its influence in our convictions and beliefs. At least for me who finds meaning in art its a message that fully resonated. Will post more thoughts another day
Thank the heavens you dont end up fighting God as the final boss like almost every goddamn jrpg. At least in atlus games (besides smt) it's always anticlimactic to me, i want to fight the actual antagonist who's built up from the beginning of the game, not a last second bigger threat that actually manipulated all events
