    dope! Dude whose project I’m mixing wants me to be involved in the short film ideas afterwards too so I’m hyped to dip my toes into new territory outside of music.

    and no doubt dog. hyped for the future. but the fact Cali is on lock down now got me wondering what’s in store for the rest of the country here soon...

    Nice fam, it’s definitely a fun process once you get ideas going.

    But yeah makes sense definitely to lock down major bigger states to help slow s*** down.

    First you want to improve ya physical body meaning health and overall look.

    So Eat healthy, rn should be easy with restaurants being shut down. If you know how to cook then stock up groceries and eat all home cooked meals.

    Figure out a diet plan that works best for you, personally I do Keto. There’s no right or wrong just stick to one that’s healthy. And drink a gallon of water a day.

    Also I do intermittent fasting, so I eat from about 1pm-9pm and then fast for at least 16 hours.

    Then you wanna work out at least 3 days a week, obviously rn going to a gym is out the question, luckily for me I have a decent set up with a bench and barbell and dumbbells. But do what you can wether it be body workouts or even cardio s*** like Insanity DVDs. It’ll enhance your mental, physical and health.

    Next you want to improve ya mental:

    Read books, I aim for at least a chapter a day.

    Meditate at least 15-20 minutes a day. I usually do 2 sessions, one in the morning and one at night. This will help ground you and make you present.

    NoFap, now this is a controversial one. So I’ll just leave this as a personal choice to you, but if you must try and limit it to like once a week and no p*** at all. Truthfully the real danger behind the s*** is more so the p*** than the actual jerking off. A lot of people try lying to themselves and say “doctors say masturbating is healthy” which is false, Doctors say “ejaculating” is healthy, which it is when done during sex, for some reason majority believes “jerking off” is the only way to ejaculate.

    Next you want to enhance your career:

    Now I’m not sure what your career path is, but if you’re an artist of some sort rn is the best time to use this extra time to really hone in on your craft. Make some f***ing art! Shakespeare wrote King Lear while being quarantined. So if you can work on ya career choice from home then do it. If your career choice is wanting to be a doctor or lawyer or some s*** then research and study all you can.

    Promote yourself online (if your career choice calls for it) build up your following and build up your marketing plan.

    Invest (if you have the money to do so).....look into investing into stocks as a possibility or opening a 401k. Or other avenues to help generate income, especially in these times when jobs is scarce.

    Basically all of this is to help put niggas ahead of the curve when s*** clears up. Let’s say this is gonna last about 3 months til June. Summer time.

    Would you rather waste this time being in the crib complaining about being bored, playing video games, eating junk and gaining weight, binging Netflix and then once it’s time to go back into the world you look and feel terrible and niggas looking at you like “damn bro what happen?!”

    Or would you rather limit those things (TV and games whatever ur vice is is ok in moderation) and really take this time to enhance yourself, if you aren’t in the best shape this is a perfect time to change that. And then when you enter back into the world you’re a brand new person and ahead of the rest of the sheep who decided to waste this time.

    And at first I reacted to the lockdown by playing games I haven't touched in years

    After some time I realized I can spend this time on reading all the books from my list. Switched it up and now I'm reading whenever I can and when I get bored or tired I play 2k for like 15 min and I'm done

    Gotta say I feel like I've found the balance I was lacking for quite some time

    I'm doing all my online classes well b4 deadlines, working out, reading a ton and playing games only like 30min a day max

    Feeling great

    Might only take a look at my diet bc I've been eating a lot of sweets
    When you're locked in your house 24/7 the hardest thing for me is not eating out od boredom
    But I'll work on it

    when you want to eat some sweets, drink a whole bottle of water. I think it's because the body wants some kind of stimulation so do something that will make your body better than it was before

    Yessir. Just all about balance feel me. Naturally I don’t play much video games besides GTA And red dead. But I do watch a lot of movies. So that’s my vice even tho a lot of times I’m studying movies more so.

    But yeah we just gotta balance you know. I been treating s*** like work. Like okay since I’m not going to work ima use these 8 hours for pure self improvement s***: working out, writing, reading, etc. and then I’ll allow myself to have a few hours of pleasure.

    Niggas really on some Old Boy s*** when you think about it lol. Bruh was depressed and f***ed around drinking at first and then really decided to use that time being secluded away to glow tf up and became a killing machine lol
