Everytime i wear my outfits its always guys who come up to me and compliment me like all the time whether it be my shoes, shirts, sweaters, jackets etc. I always get compliments and one time my straight friend called a guy that complimented me on my outfit gay and I was like chill he just said my outfit looked good.

lol i feel you. in high school i was on swim team so i always got to see lot of hot straight guys almost naked. sometimes even saw their bare asses 🙈

Oh yes swimming in HS I wasnt on the swim team but we had swimming in gym and I remember I would see naked dudes when I took showers and in the swimming locker rooms.

This whole thing has worked nicely for me not to brag. Honestly because I personally hated my masters program but needed to do it as my offer from my firm was contingent on finishing it, the switch to online classes and moving off campus was cool. I got 4k refund back from my housing out of it.

CPA exams though are delayed so I'm worried when I'll be to actually take them. The large consulting/accounting firms haven't heavily laid off staff yet or rescinded offers, but speaking to people who were starting around 2008 they mentioned they cut a lot of lower - mid performers.

So I feel a lot of pressure going into this job in the fall to be really efficient and highly rated so I actually can keep my job until the economy gets better. I also really need to focus now on getting my CPA done ASAP as they'd be way less likely to cut someone with the license since they can charge clients more for me.

Oh it also potentially f***ed me over big time. I worked for this strategy HR consulting firm over a summer when I was 19 and had good contacts. They offered me a summer position before I go full time in fall with my actual accounting firm.

An alumni of my uni is a big regional partner within the firm I got hired and I was facilitating a potential presentation of HR consulting firm sales people and him on behalf of our firm. The HR firm got paid 5M+ for a HR transformation strategy initiative they sold to one of our competitors

The CFO of the HR firm had told me if I managed to get the partner I knew in and it led to any sale close I'd get commission. This was months before and now corona probably f***ed it up.

Chill boo I'm big dumb. Maybe the increased competition at work and threat of bad economy/job loss actually gets me to the hard worker I was before I officially signed my offer 😭 I'm an all or nothing kind of person and am never non-caring for everything else in between.
