    Better sleep = Don't sleep before 10PM and take zincs and magnezium

    Recently when i get to that point in the day when i feel tired but its too early to sleep, i go out for a walk instead. Exercise is surprisingly energising

    getting better sleep improves everything exercise helps a lot with better sleep too, also zinc mag is very good to @op you get more of that REM Quality sleep

    Also if its sunny it helps a lot

    Best to keep your circadian rhythm in check

    I sleep as much as I can lately, 3 hour nap after work 8 hour sleep at night on my days off I add 3 more hours to my routine and I noticed my hair grows faster

  • prior to my brain popping at 24 i had never gotten a full night of sleep because my AVM irregularly pulsing would wake me up 3 or 4 times a night so i never got a good quality sleep until after that in the hospital
